211 Nichols

The former Halls building, and parking garage located at 211 Nichols Rd, was redesigned capitalizing the Moorish architectural style. The exterior upgrades included adding brick masonry, terracotta, and merchandising display windows. The ground level retail area will accommodate six to eight upscale tenants and two restaurants. The Apple store was one of the first tenants to move in.
