This new Price Chopper is located at 2219 N. Belt Highway, near Beck Road. The 72,000 SF store offers a unique look and shopping experience. The store is a unique one for the company with its design, construction, and layouts. It features one of the biggest delis the Kansas City-based grocer has ever built. A design feature in the heart of the deli is a large brick floor-to-ceiling smokestack.
The St. Joseph location will employ more than 250 people and carries about 30,000 items. There is a large wine and spirits section, a bakery, a floral shop, a pharmacy, and Starbucks.
