Olathe Gateway is a development comprised of a 125,000 SF Bass Pro Shop supported by a lifestyle component including small shops and pad sites including a Houlihan’s and LongHorn Steakhouse. SAI was involved with all aspects of planning and entitlement with the City of Olathe, Kansas.
